Overview

The leadership remit connects customer performance with the capabilities of the teams delivering the service. Quality measures and coaching programmes need to identify useful improvements and translate them into repeatable learning. The manager also leads project managers working across lottery fulfilment centres, coordinating operational change as systems and processes evolve. Communication, training and readiness planning help teams adopt those changes while maintaining regulatory requirements. The role requires strong stakeholder influence and the ability to use performance evidence to guide both immediate action and longer-term leadership development.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• At least six years in quality, coaching or performance management.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Experience with service, QA and data-analysis tools.
• Track record managing change across teams or locations.

Responsibilities

• Design quality, coaching and leadership-development programmes.
• Use performance data to identify improvement priorities.
• Lead project managers across fulfilment initiatives.
• Coordinate change communication, training and readiness.
• Maintain consistent operating and compliance standards.

Conditions
