Overview
The project manager connects recruitment, reward, learning and people operations with senior business leadership. The remit is to turn strategic workforce initiatives into organised programmes of work with visible timelines, risks and decisions. Commercial judgement helps keep change aligned with business needs, while stakeholder management maintains trust across functions that may have different priorities. The role reports into HR transformation and takes ownership of both immediate deliverables and longer-term maturity initiatives. It requires the ability to remove obstacles, escalate concerns appropriately and maintain useful communication throughout implementation.
Requirements
- At least five years in project management with strong HR knowledge.
- Experience influencing senior and executive stakeholders.
- Strong communication, conflict management and commercial judgement.
- Structured delivery experience in a mature corporate environment.
- International experience preferred.
- AI transformation and project-software familiarity advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR transformation projects from planning through completion.
- Establish governance, timelines, risk management and reporting.
- Coordinate senior stakeholders and specialist HR teams.
- Remove blockers and manage complex project dependencies.
- Guide leaders through operational change.
