English-Speaking iGaming & Forex Recruiter / Talent Partner — Remote — Georgia

Overview

Remote, performance-based opportunity for an experienced iGaming and/or Forex recruitment professional with established employer and recruitment-partner relationships. An existing candidate pipeline is provided; the role focuses on screening suitable candidates, matching them to hiring demand, making employer introductions, coordinating interviews and follow-up, and converting qualified candidates into successful placements.

Requirements

• Proven iGaming and/or Forex recruitment or relevant industry experience.
• Extensive employer, operator and/or recruitment-partner contacts within iGaming and/or Forex.
• Strong professional English.
• Ability to manage employer conversations and candidate placements independently.
• Strong commercial, relationship-management and follow-up skills.
• Additional languages are advantageous.
• Experience across payments, crypto or other high-risk online industries is advantageous.
• No formal degree is required. Relevant iGaming and/or Forex experience, industry relationships, commercial ability and demonstrated recruitment experience are more important than formal education.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen candidates from an existing candidate pipeline.
• Match suitable candidates to active employer and recruitment-partner hiring demand.
• Introduce qualified candidates through established iGaming and Forex industry relationships.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, follow-up and placement stages.
• Maintain disciplined communication throughout the placement process.
• Develop repeat employer and recruitment-partner relationships.
• Convert qualified candidate flow into successful placements and placement revenue.

Conditions

• Remote engagement.
• Preferably based in Georgia.
• Freelance / independent contractor.
• Performance / commission based only.
• No fixed salary or hourly retainer.
• Existing candidate pipeline provided; this is not primarily a candidate-sourcing role.
• Flexible, self-managed schedule with no fixed working hours.
• This is a fully remote role. Applicants are preferably based in Georgia; there is no office-based requirement.
