Overview

Turn investigative expertise into training that analysts can apply to real cases. This lead instructor role combines course design with live delivery, requiring current technical knowledge and the ability to guide learners with different experience levels. The work connects cyber and open-source investigation methods with blockchain tracing, helping participants build a more complete and defensible account of activity.

Requirements

  • Bring three to five or more years of instruction or technical-training experience, together with hands-on cyber investigations, OSINT or threat-intelligence expertise.
  • Demonstrate experience with government audiences, strong communication and practical use of AI tools for research, training development or analytical work.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver virtual and in-person courses for government and public-sector learners, adapting instruction to the audience and investigative context.
  • Develop curricula, hands-on labs, exercises and assessments that teach practical methods and allow learners to demonstrate their understanding.
  • Create instructor guides and reusable materials that help other trainers deliver consistent courses as the programme expands.
  • Keep content current with evolving threats and maintain relationships with agency and industry partners to understand their training needs.

Conditions

  • This is full-time remote work with US business-hours overlap and substantial travel, approximately 50–75%, for training delivery.
