Overview

Provide hands-on analytical support during a busy compensation and benefits cycle. The role supports established rewards leaders, concentrating on the quality of the data and models used for merit reviews, bonuses and executive reporting. It calls for specialist compensation knowledge and the ability to produce clear, auditable work from a defined brief, while identifying inconsistencies before they affect decisions.

Requirements

  • Bring at least four years specifically in compensation and benefits or total rewards, with advanced Excel and strong scenario-modeling skills.
  • Understand how market benchmarks and compensation data are interpreted; Radford or Mercer Comptryx experience is strongly preferred.
  • Use fluent English and work independently once a brief is clear. French and Workday compensation-cycle experience are advantages.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and validate employee populations for compensation reviews, coordinate data collection and sign-offs, and maintain the review timetable.
  • Model budget effects, distributions and outliers, update salary structures and support market benchmarking and job matching.
  • Build accurate tables and data panels for executive or board reporting, retaining clear sources, assumptions and explanatory notes.
  • Assist with bonus-plan analysis, reward documentation, Workday uploads and equity-grant lists, keeping operational outputs aligned with agreed designs.

Conditions

  • This is a six-month contract with onsite work in Paris.
