A confidential digital-asset business is hiring an OTC sales manager in Singapore to develop institutional relationships, structure liquidity solutions and grow trading volume. The position works closely with trading, compliance and legal teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years in institutional sales, financial business development or OTC trading.
- Strong understanding of stablecoins, settlement and multi-chain crypto markets.
- Existing institutional/HNWI crypto network is highly valuable.
- Solid understanding of AML, KYC and Travel Rule considerations.

Responsibilities
- Own institutional lead generation, sales and relationship management.
- Acquire market makers, funds, HNWIs and other professional trading counterparties.
