Overview
Own the relationship after an institution chooses a digital-asset custody platform. The role follows clients through integration, adoption, renewal and expansion, combining commercial accountability with a practical understanding of APIs, security and operational requirements. Success depends on recognizing where the platform can provide further value and addressing risks early enough to protect the client's progress and the relationship.
Requirements
- Bring at least four years in account management or customer success, with experience serving financial institutions and growing enterprise accounts against targets.
- Demonstrate contract-renewal experience and confidence explaining integration flows, APIs and security concepts.
- Use excellent written and spoken English, with hands-on digital-asset experience or a clear, demonstrable interest in the field.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of banks, exchanges, custodians and fintechs, building relationships from operational users to senior decision-makers.
- Guide integration and adoption through workshops and clear product explanations, bringing solutions engineers into the work when deeper technical support is needed.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities, negotiate renewals and amendments, and coordinate contractual terms with legal colleagues.
- Maintain account plans and business reviews, track retention risks and communicate prioritized client feedback to product teams.
Conditions
- This is full-time hybrid work in London, with occasional client and industry-event travel across EMEA.
