Overview

Define how data should move, be organised and remain dependable across a trading organisation. This senior architecture role addresses the foundations that multiple teams share, from platform patterns and data models to performance expectations and governance. The work requires a view beyond an individual project: a local design choice can affect reporting, integration and future modernisation elsewhere. It therefore combines technical depth with clear architectural guidance that technology leaders and delivery teams can apply consistently.

Requirements

  • Bring at least five years of data architecture or related experience, including leadership of enterprise initiatives and relevant technical education.
  • Demonstrate advanced data modelling, knowledge of modern platform patterns and a record of designing scalable, highly available data environments.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical and physical data models, with explicit expectations for scalability, performance and availability.
  • Guide platform selection and technical design across the data-architecture lifecycle, supporting the delivery of major modernisation initiatives.
  • Maintain architectural standards and version-controlled design artefacts, using technical reviews to resolve trade-offs and promote consistency.
  • Coordinate with governance and technology stakeholders on metadata, data-quality measures, security obligations and audit requirements.

Conditions

  • The arrangement is full-time hybrid work in Athens, Limassol or Nicosia.
