Overview

This position connects payment operations with technical support. Incoming transaction problems need to be understood in the context of the payment flow, then resolved through configuration changes or work with the appropriate team. The remit includes preparing new client setups, adjusting payment methods on client websites and spotting recurring failures. Clear communication with finance, account management and support helps turn individual incidents into useful operational improvements. The technical foundation matters because the work involves web architecture, transaction behaviour and basic programming concepts alongside client-facing service requests. The role also considers secure access and monitoring practices, with relevant tooling experience treated as an advantage.

Requirements

• Fintech or payment operations, or second-line B2B technical support experience.
• Knowledge of transaction flows, web architecture and programming basics.
• Higher education or studies in progress; technical education preferred.
• English and Russian at Upper Intermediate or above.
• Jira, Jenkins, GitLab and ELK exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Investigate transaction and payment-method issues escalated by first-line support.
• Configure new client setups and payment methods.
• Monitor payment-system efficiency and recurring failure patterns.
• Coordinate fixes with payment providers and related teams.
