Senior Data Analyst, Compliance — Hybrid, São Paulo, Brazil

Overview

Develop the analytical reporting layer that supports compliance oversight across Latin America. The role partners with second-line compliance teams on scheduled and ad hoc regulatory reporting, monitoring and testing. You will help provide reliable evidence that senior leaders and supervisors can use to assess how risks are being managed.

Requirements

• Applicants need at least five years in analytics, extensive SQL experience, familiarity with visualization tools and experience using data-engineering tools.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management and disciplined accuracy are required.
• Compliance testing, regulatory reporting and Python are useful additional experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder reporting needs into advanced SQL and well-structured data outputs.
• Build toward automated pipelines for recurring submissions, reducing manual effort while preserving accuracy.
• Work across financial crime, operations, risk, finance and technology where their data contributes to compliance activity.
• Identify useful analytical approaches within testing projects and help compliance colleagues apply them effectively.
• Lead tooling and automation improvements, documenting data sources and transformations so their logic can be understood and maintained.
• Keep integrity, quality and governance central to the work, and contribute ideas to the team's priorities as needs evolve.

Conditions

• This full-time role is hybrid in São Paulo, with office attendance most days initially and at least three days weekly after six months.
