Overview
The analyst works on the payment experience across sportsbook and casino products, combining transaction monitoring with practical customer support. Unusual activity needs careful investigation, while legitimate payment problems need timely coordination with providers and internal teams. Chargeback and dispute analysis helps identify recurring issues and opportunities to reduce risk. The role also supports testing and introduction of new payment methods. Collaboration with compliance, fraud, anti-money-laundering and support colleagues keeps operational decisions consistent. Clear judgement matters because cases involve customer information, payment access and sensitive reviews, often with several enquiries requiring attention at once.
