Overview
Create learning experiences for people who bring different levels of knowledge about finance, investigations and cryptoassets. This role owns educational content and the operational experience of using a learning platform during a fixed-term engagement. It requires shaping a clear narrative, working with subject experts and making sure the content is both accurate and useful for the learner's role.
Requirements
- Demonstrate end-to-end instructional-design experience, hands-on use of Articulate Rise 360 and practical responsibility for an LMS.
- Create effective learning for business and individual audiences, collaborate confidently with experts and use design and AI tools with careful review of their outputs.
Responsibilities
- Design and build learning journeys from storyboard to deployment, using scenarios and practical exercises to connect knowledge with real decisions.
- Develop digital modules and product education with subject experts, adapting materials for financial institutions, crypto businesses and public-sector audiences.
- Maintain and improve existing content, checking that explanations and platform guidance remain current as products or requirements change.
- Run day-to-day LMS administration, enroll learners, resolve access or usability problems and assess tools that could improve content production or delivery.
Conditions
- This is temporary hybrid work in London on a fixed-term contract of approximately twelve months.
