Solutions Engineer, Business Identity Integrations — Hybrid, Amsterdam, Netherlands

Overview

Guide customers through the technical work needed to adopt a business-identity platform. This role supports account executives from early discovery through implementation, providing a practical connection between customer engineering teams and the product organization. The focus is on understanding integration requirements and finding a clear route to a successful launch.

Requirements

• Candidates need previous customer-facing technical experience in solutions, architecture or integration engineering.
• Hands-on API integration, authentication, webhooks and system mapping are essential, as are code-reading ability and fluent English.
• Experience in payments, identity verification or fraud is an advantage.
• Regular customer travel forms part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops before and after a commercial agreement is signed.
• Demonstrate the platform, explain its APIs, webhooks and data model, and help customers assess how it fits their systems.
• Scope the implementation, resolve technical questions and build working integrations where needed to establish a dependable path forward.
• Act as the first technical contact for customers while coordinating with engineering on issues requiring deeper product expertise.
• Turn recurring questions and implementation lessons into better documentation and product feedback.
• Manage several customer workstreams, keeping discussions focused and earning the confidence of experienced engineering stakeholders.
