Overview

The integration function supports stable communication between client systems and a casino game aggregation platform. Work begins with understanding the client requirement, then continues through configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting. API logs and error traces provide evidence for diagnosing failures, while network knowledge helps explain how the connected systems behave. The role communicates vendor needs to developers and looks for changes that improve reliability before problems recur. It combines direct client consultation with practical technical investigation, keeping performance and dependable information exchange in view throughout the integration process. Monitoring and error analysis also support prevention, helping connected systems remain dependable as integration requirements evolve.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of networks and how internet services communicate.
• Experience with APIs, logging and error-monitoring systems.
• Basic SQL and sound debugging skills.
• Upper Intermediate English and Russian.
• Independent working and team collaboration skills.
• Technical account management, manual QA or technical support experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain integration environments.
• Advise clients on API requirements and implementation.
• Analyse logs, monitor systems and troubleshoot failures.
• Translate vendor requirements for the development team.
