Overview

Manage technical implementations for fraud and compliance products, helping customers move from requirements to a working deployment. This hands-on solutions role combines integration design with project ownership. It requires a detailed understanding of customer systems and business problems, together with the ability to coordinate internal and external technical teams.

Requirements

  • Candidates need at least seven years in implementation, integration, technical account management or solutions architecture, including three years of relevant B2B SaaS work in payments, fraud, risk or compliance.
  • Advanced SQL, JSON analysis, API specifications and scripting experience are required.
  • Strong communication and project organization are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assess functional and technical requirements, define a suitable approach and guide customers through onboarding.
  • Translate product capabilities into integration choices and explain the consequences clearly.
  • Track delivery quality, timelines and risks, keeping several implementation workstreams moving toward their agreed outcomes.
  • Maintain API and SDK documentation, integration guidance and support material.
  • Use SQL, payload analysis and practical scripting to investigate problems and build useful internal tools.
  • Develop a clear view of each customer's success criteria, and return implementation lessons to product colleagues so that recurring difficulties can inform future improvements.

Conditions
