Overview

The programme remit sits across several CRM product and engineering teams. It focuses on whether related work can move together: backlogs need a consistent view, dependencies need owners and emerging delays need practical recovery decisions. The manager helps leadership understand progress without losing the detail that teams need to act. Client onboarding and enterprise discussions also depend on contributions from multiple functions, so coordination extends beyond engineering ceremonies. This position calls for structured delivery information, sound prioritisation and the ability to explain technical dependencies in terms of their product and commercial consequences.
