Overview

Work at the point where wallet infrastructure meets a customer's application. This role combines practical software knowledge with sustained customer contact, helping teams move from onboarding to effective use of account-abstraction services. Each support case also provides evidence about where documentation, tooling or the product itself could improve, making the engineer an important link between external developers and internal product decisions.

Requirements

  • Bring at least one year of software-development experience, a technical degree and experience and interest in account abstraction and wallet services.
  • Show analytical troubleshooting ability, strong communication and an interest in blockchain technology and crypto products.
  • Broader blockchain experience, startup work or independently built projects can strengthen the fit.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on technical support for account-abstraction and wallet-service questions, investigating complex issues and coordinating their resolution.
  • Understand each customer's goals and technical constraints during onboarding, then maintain the relationship as needs and usage develop.
  • Build internal tools and runbooks that make recurring support work more consistent and improve the developer experience.
  • Identify capability gaps and share well-structured feedback with product and engineering teams, helping turn customer problems into durable improvements.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders while several issues or requests are progressing at once.

Conditions

  • This is full-time hybrid work in Bucharest, supporting the EMEA customer remit.
