Overview
The role supports an online-gaming technology operation. The product remit covers how risk cases move from intake to resolution. Different cases may be suitable for automation, AI assistance, customer self-service or human review, and the roadmap needs to reflect those differences. The manager studies operational work with risk teams and turns findings into requirements, acceptance criteria and measurable initiatives. Case states, routing, priorities and evidence all form part of the product experience. Engineering, data science and compliance partners help ensure that changes improve efficiency while preserving decision quality and the ability to explain outcomes.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent background and at least seven years in product management.
- Fraud, risk, trust-and-safety or operational automation experience.
- Track record delivering complex product initiatives.
- Strong analysis, prioritisation and senior stakeholder influence.
- Experience translating cross-functional needs into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for risk-case decisioning and resolution.
- Define case lifecycles, queues, routing and resolution paths.
- Prioritise automation using operational data.
- Lead discovery and delivery across technical and control teams.
- Measure decision quality, workload and cost outcomes.
Conditions
- Full-time fully remote employment.
