Overview

Define the direction of software used by compliance teams to assess digital-asset risk. It requires staying close to customer workflows, balancing new ideas with the reliability of existing products and making auditability and explainability part of the product design from the beginning.

Requirements

  • Bring at least ten years building software products, including leadership of product managers and experience taking ambiguous ideas into dependable customer products.
  • Demonstrate financial-crime product expertise, working knowledge of crypto and a record of shipping AI or agentic capabilities into production.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and roadmap for wallet screening, transaction monitoring, investigations and risk configuration, prioritizing work against customer needs and capacity.
  • Lead product development for agentic compliance capabilities, working with design partners to establish useful behavior and appropriate evidence of decisions.
  • Develop and grow product managers while personally owning difficult discovery or delivery problems within the portfolio.
  • Use observation, product data and customer feedback to assess outcomes, and coordinate delivery so improvements can be introduced with appropriate quality controls.

Conditions

  • This is full-time hybrid work in London, Washington, D.C., or New York.
