Overview
The business-analysis scope centres on the operational rules behind a casino platform. Game registration, provider settings, restrictions, releases and promotional mechanics depend on consistent behaviour across connected systems. This role clarifies those relationships and turns business needs into requirements that teams can implement and validate. It works with product, development, configuration and operational stakeholders to document workflows, resolve ambiguity and define useful delivery increments. Process improvement is also part of the remit, including assessing where automation or AI tools can remove repeated manual work without obscuring the underlying business rules.
Requirements
- Two-plus years business analysis.
- Requirements elicitation and documentation.
- BPMN/UML and complex business-rule experience.
- Practical AI-tool/process understanding.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Specify casino configuration including games, vendors, bonuses, jackpots and jurisdiction rules.
- Map system dependencies and configuration workflows.
- Write functional specifications, acceptance criteria and BPMN/UML diagrams.
- Clarify MVP behaviour, validation and operational requirements.
- Identify opportunities for workflow and AI-assisted automation.
Conditions
- Workplace: Lviv, Ukraine.
- After three months: 80% office/20% home through 2026; 2027 primarily office-based with limited home days.
- Full-time employment.
