Overview

Own the development of a governed data-sharing product that helps financial institutions investigate fraud, scams and money laundering. The role combines technical product management with an understanding of how institutions collaborate under data-use constraints. A growing focus is providing reliable infrastructure for AI agents to access and use intelligence within defined permissions.

Requirements

  • Applicants need six or more years in product management, including three in relevant financial, identity or data-platform products.
  • API delivery, authentication, scoped access and audit-logging knowledge are required, along with hands-on agent experience and financial crime understanding.
  • Clear technical writing and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Set the roadmap for secure collaboration, verified access, investigation capabilities and distribution into the tools institutions already use.
  • Write specifications, integration guidance and technical documentation for members and partners.
  • Work with engineering on platform and data architecture that can support increasing participation and new forms of use.
  • Partner with legal colleagues to translate requirements around purpose, data handling and auditability into product behavior.
  • Study investigation workflows with fraud and AML teams, then measure adoption, response rates, time to answers and the quality of agent usage.
  • Support commercial and partnership colleagues as they bring additional institutions onto the network.

Conditions

  • This full-time position is fully remote within the United States, with occasional travel to meet consortium members and the team.
