Overview
Connect digital-asset product development with the treasury capabilities needed to operate it safely and at scale. The role sits between product teams and treasury specialists, translating new ideas into clear requirements for funding, controls, data and day-to-day execution.
Requirements
- Candidates need hands-on digital-asset or crypto-wallet experience, plus either treasury/finance change management or product management with exposure to complex payment infrastructure.
- Understanding flow of funds and cash management is central.
- Strong analysis, careful attention to detail and the ability to explain technical matters support effective delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assess proposed crypto and digital-asset initiatives from a treasury perspective, drawing together input on risk, banking relationships, system integration and operational processes.
- Turn that input into prioritized business requirements and remain involved as the product is designed and built.
- The position also leads treasury-originated projects that modernize digital-asset infrastructure and tooling.
- Before launch, ensure the necessary processes, data flows and risk controls are established and understood.
- Develop operating models and governance documentation, and build a detailed picture of how new capabilities connect with existing fiat-payment services.
- The work involves several disciplines and geographies, making clear ownership and effective coordination especially important.
Conditions
- This is a full-time hybrid role in London, with three office days per week.
