Spanish-Speaking Forex / CFD Retention Agent — Sofia, Bulgaria

Overview

This Sofia-based position is for Spanish-speaking professionals with previous retention, account-management or relevant client-facing sales experience. The role centres on maintaining client relationships, scheduling follow-up, addressing objections and keeping account activity organised through the CRM. Previous Forex / CFD experience is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Spanish.
• Working English.
• Previous retention, account-management or relevant client-facing sales experience.
• Previous Forex / CFD or financial-trading experience strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills.
• Comfort managing client activity through a CRM.
• Ability to work full-time from an office in Sofia.
• No specific degree or formal education requirement. Relevant language ability, sales/Forex experience where applicable, communication skills and commercial performance are more important.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with Spanish-speaking clients.
• Manage scheduled portfolio follow-up.
• Respond to client objections and concerns.
• Re-engage inactive accounts where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and future actions.
• Escalate support or operational issues when necessary.
• Work toward retention and engagement targets.

Conditions

• Full-time, office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Relevant retention or account-management experience required.
• Forex / CFD experience strongly preferred.
• Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses or commission.
