Overview
This Sofia-based role is for German-speaking professionals with relevant conversion, telesales or client-acquisition experience. The position focuses on contacting prospective clients, understanding commercial interest, handling objections and maintaining structured follow-up through onboarding. Previous Forex / CFD or financial-trading sales experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Fluent or native-level German.
- Working English for an international office.
- Previous conversion, telesales, customer-acquisition or relevant sales experience.
- Previous Forex / CFD or financial-trading sales experience preferred.
- Strong telephone-sales and negotiation skills.
- Confident objection handling and CRM discipline.
- Ability to work full-time from an office in Sofia.
- No specific degree or formal education requirement. Relevant language ability, sales/Forex experience where applicable, communication skills and commercial performance are more important.
Responsibilities
- Contact German-speaking prospective clients.
- Qualify prospect interest and sales readiness.
- Handle sales objections professionally.
- Maintain structured lead follow-up.
- Support suitable prospects through onboarding.
- Record communication and future actions accurately in the CRM.
- Work toward conversion and activity targets.
Conditions
- Full-time, office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Relevant sales or conversion experience required.
- Forex / CFD experience preferred.
- Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses or commission.
