Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish.
- Working-level English.
- Previous Forex / CFD retention experience required.
- Strong client-management and commercial communication skills.
- Confident negotiation and objection handling.
- Experience working against retention or revenue targets.
- Good familiarity with trading products and client lifecycle activity.
- Comfortable managing client portfolios through CRM.
- Professional and resilient approach.
- No specific degree or formal education requirement. Relevant language ability, sales/Forex experience where applicable, communication skills and commercial performance are more important.
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing relationships with Spanish-speaking trading clients.
- Maintain regular proactive communication.
- Understand account activity and client requirements.
- Identify retention and reactivation opportunities.
- Handle objections and client questions effectively.
- Support continued client engagement.
- Keep CRM records and follow-up schedules current.
- Work toward retention and portfolio-performance objectives.
