German-Speaking Forex / CFD Conversion Agent — Limassol, Cyprus

Overview

Office-based position aimed at German-speaking sales talent. Previous Forex experience is welcome but is not required for every hiring opportunity. Strong telephone-sales candidates who can communicate confidently, learn quickly and perform against targets can also be considered for relevant partner roles.

Requirements

• - Fluent German.
• - Working-level English.
• - Strong sales, telesales or customer-acquisition ability.
• - Previous Forex / CFD experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• - Candidates without previous FX experience can be considered where they have a strong sales background.
• - Confident negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• - Commercially motivated and comfortable with performance targets.
• - Able to learn financial products and trading-platform fundamentals.
• - Comfortable maintaining structured follow-up in CRM.
• Education requirement
• No specific degree or formal education requirement. Relevant language ability, sales/Forex experience where applicable, communication skills and commercial performance are more important.

Responsibilities

• - Contact German-speaking prospects.
• - Qualify leads and identify genuine client interest.
• - Maintain structured telephone and digital follow-up.
• - Guide prospective clients through the early onboarding process.
• - Explain relevant services and trading-platform functionality.
• - Handle common sales objections.
• - Maintain accurate CRM activity.
• - Work toward conversion and acquisition KPIs.
