Italian-Speaking Forex / CFD Retention Agent — Sofia, Bulgaria

Overview

This Sofia-based role is for Italian-speaking professionals with previous Forex / CFD retention, sales or relevant financial-markets experience. The position focuses on ongoing client contact, relationship management, objection handling and accurate CRM management across an assigned portfolio.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Italian.
• Working English.
• Previous Forex / CFD retention, sales or relevant financial-markets experience.
• Strong telephone communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling client objections.
• Accurate CRM and portfolio-management habits.
• Ability to work full-time from an office in Sofia.
• No specific degree or formal education requirement. Relevant language ability, sales/Forex experience where applicable, communication skills and commercial performance are more important.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with Italian-speaking clients.
• Manage structured follow-up across the assigned portfolio.
• Handle objections and account-engagement discussions.
• Re-engage inactive clients where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and future actions.
• Escalate operational issues when required.
• Work toward retention and portfolio targets.

Conditions

• Full-time, office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

• Five-day working week.
