Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Previous Forex / CFD retention experience required.
• Relevant account-management or trading-sales experience may also be considered where directly applicable.
• Strong relationship-management skills.
• Confident negotiation and objection handling.
• Experience managing active client portfolios.
• Good understanding of Forex / CFD products and financial markets.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and commercial KPIs.
• Professional and consistent client communication.
• No specific degree or formal education requirement. Relevant language ability, sales/Forex experience where applicable, communication skills and commercial performance are more important.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing trading clients.
• Maintain regular proactive contact.
• Understand client needs and account activity.
• Identify appropriate retention and re-engagement opportunities.
• Handle questions and objections professionally.
• Support continued client engagement.
• Keep CRM activity and follow-up schedules accurate.
• Work toward retention and portfolio-performance objectives.
