Overview

This Belgrade-based role is for German-speaking professionals with previous Forex / CFD retention or relevant brokerage account-management experience. The work focuses on maintaining commercial relationships, structured portfolio follow-up, objection handling and re-engaging inactive accounts.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level German.
• Working English.
• Previous Forex / CFD retention or relevant brokerage account-management experience.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Experience handling objections and reactivation.
• Comfort managing client activity through a CRM.
• Ability to work full-time from an office in Belgrade.
• No specific degree or formal education requirement. Relevant language ability, sales/Forex experience where applicable, communication skills and commercial performance are more important.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing communication with German-speaking clients.
• Maintain structured portfolio follow-up.
• Re-engage inactive accounts.
• Handle client objections and retention discussions.
• Maintain accurate CRM history and future actions.
• Escalate operational issues when required.
• Work toward retention and portfolio targets.

• Full-time, office-based in Belgrade, Serbia.

• Five-day working week.
