Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing Arabic-speaking clients.
- Maintain regular communication and client follow-up.
- Support client retention and continued engagement.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate support.
- Handle client questions, concerns and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate CRM and client records.
- Work toward individual and team performance targets.
- Keep up to date with relevant Forex / CFD market developments.
