Italian-Speaking Forex / CFD Conversion Agent — Limassol, Cyprus

Overview

Join a Limassol-based sales desk working with Italian-speaking prospects interested in Forex / CFD services. The role focuses on new-client contact, lead follow-up, onboarding questions and helping suitable prospects progress through the conversion process. Previous Forex or online-trading experience is useful, but strong telesales, customer acquisition or other telephone-based sales experience can also be considered where training is available.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Italian.
• Working English for an international office.
• Previous telephone sales, telesales, customer acquisition or comparable commercial experience.
• Forex / CFD experience preferred but not mandatory for every opportunity.
• Confident objection handling and clear communication.
• Comfort using CRM systems and working toward sales targets.
• Ability to work full-time from an office in Limassol.
• No specific degree or formal education requirement. Relevant language ability, sales/Forex experience where applicable, communication skills and commercial performance are more important.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with Italian-speaking prospects.
• Qualify interest and understand common objections or questions.
• Support suitable prospects through the early onboarding journey.
• Maintain structured follow-up across active leads.
• Record calls, outcomes and next actions accurately in the CRM.
• Work toward conversion and activity targets.
• Escalate verification, technical or support issues to the relevant team.

• Full-time, office-based in Limassol, Cyprus.
• Five-day working week.
