French-Speaking Forex / CFD Conversion Agent — Limassol, Cyprus

Overview

Full-time office role focused on French-speaking prospective clients. Candidates with previous Forex experience are welcome, while strong performers from other telephone-sales and target-driven environments can also be considered for suitable partner opportunities.

Requirements

• - Fluent French.
• - Good working English.
• - Strong sales aptitude and confident telephone communication.
• - Previous Forex / CFD experience is advantageous but not essential for every opportunity.
• - Candidates with proven experience in another sales-driven industry can be considered.
• - Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability.
• - Comfortable working toward individual targets.
• - Fast learner with an interest in trading and financial markets.
• - Able to manage lead follow-up consistently.
• Education requirement
• No specific degree or formal education requirement. Relevant language ability, sales/Forex experience where applicable, communication skills and commercial performance are more important.

Responsibilities

• - Engage French-speaking prospective clients.
• - Understand client interest and qualify sales opportunities.
• - Maintain regular follow-up across the lead pipeline.
• - Assist prospects with onboarding and account-opening information.
• - Explain relevant products and service features.
• - Handle objections and questions professionally.
• - Maintain clean CRM records.
• - Contribute toward conversion and acquisition targets.
