Requirements
- Fluent Turkish.
- English is highly desirable.
- 2+ years of VIP, account or relationship-management experience.
- Relevant iGaming, online entertainment or luxury-service experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of casino and/or sportsbook player behaviour.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Turkish-speaking VIP players.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Identify churn and upgrade opportunities.
- Deliver tailored offers and player experiences.
- Support payment-related player issues.
- Monitor VIP performance and KPIs.
