- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value players.
- Build long-term VIP relationships.
- Identify churn risks and reactivation opportunities.
- Deliver tailored offers and player experiences.
- Coordinate with CRM, payments, marketing and support.
- Monitor VIP performance and relevant KPIs.
Conditions
- Full-time.
- Hybrid in Valletta, Malta.
- €25,000–€35,000 per year plus bonus.
