Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP players.
- Build high-touch player relationships.
- Identify churn and reactivation opportunities.
- Develop personalized offers and engagement strategies.
- Monitor player and portfolio performance.
- Coordinate with CRM, Product, Payments and Marketing.

- €35,000–€40,000 compensation range.
