Overview

This finance role supports a defined product area while working within a wider commercial and finance organisation. It links the budget and forecast to day-to-day decisions, analysing revenue, operating costs and capital expenditure to explain what is changing and why. Large datasets need to become concise recommendations for colleagues who may not have a finance background. The work includes challenging assumptions, developing scenarios and improving reporting processes with billing, data and FP&A teams. Sound judgement is important where information is incomplete and leadership needs a clear view of the financial trade-offs.

Requirements

  • Three years’ experience in analytical finance, FP&A or partnering.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Advanced Excel and large-dataset analysis.
  • Business judgement and confident English.
  • Completed accounting qualification is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product and commercial leaders on financial decisions.
  • Lead budgeting and monthly forecasts for an assigned product area.
  • Analyse P&L, CAPEX, revenue, EBITDA and operating costs.
  • Explain variances and develop decision scenarios.
  • Improve data accuracy and reporting with FP&A, billing and data teams.

Conditions

  • Workplace: Nicosia, Cyprus.
  • Hybrid after probation, with three office and two home days.
  • Full-time employment.
