English-Speaking Influencer & Affiliate Manager — Crypto iGaming — Remote — Malta

Overview

Commercial iGaming affiliate role focused on developing affiliate, influencer, streamer and KOL partnerships across crypto-first iGaming audiences. The position combines partner acquisition, day-to-day relationship management, deal negotiation and performance optimization across Global crypto casino / influencer traffic. The goal is sustainable player acquisition and profitable long-term affiliate growth rather than simply increasing partner count.

Requirements

• Relevant iGaming affiliate, performance-marketing or partner-management experience; mid/senior scope.
• Strong understanding of affiliate deal models, traffic quality, attribution/tracking and commercial performance metrics.
• Confident negotiation and relationship-management skills with the ability to recruit new partners proactively.
• Language requirement: English.
• Hands-on market knowledge or an active partner network relevant to Global crypto casino / influencer traffic is strongly preferred.
• Comfort working with affiliate platforms, spreadsheets, tracking tools and performance reports.
• Experience with crypto casino, crypto sportsbook, Web3 traffic or crypto-native partner channels is strongly advantageous.
• Experience with influencers, streamers, KOLs and social/community acquisition channels is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, recruit and activate affiliate partners relevant to Global crypto casino / influencer traffic.
• Manage active affiliate relationships, maintain consistent communication and build structured activation and growth plans.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and other approved commercial structures while protecting traffic quality and unit economics.
• Monitor performance using FTDs, conversion, ROI, player value, retention and other relevant affiliate KPIs.
• Coordinate tracking links, postbacks, pixels, creatives and offer setup with marketing, product, BI and technical teams.
• Review traffic quality and partner compliance, resolve operational issues quickly, and document commercial actions and next steps.

Conditions

• Employment type: Full-time.
• This is a fully remote role for candidates based in Malta.
• Working schedule: full-time schedule with flexibility around partner communications and international market coverage; exact daily hours are not specified.
• Education: no specific formal degree is required; relevant iGaming affiliate experience and commercial results are the priority.
• Compensation visibility: Private. Do not enter a numeric salary or invent bonus/commission figures.
