Overview
Coordinate the team responsible for the operational detail behind reliable trading services. This role combines people leadership with hands-on knowledge of trading systems, transaction handling and the controls needed when execution problems occur. The remit includes improving recurring tasks through automation while preserving clear oversight of changes affecting clients, financial instruments and trading records.
Requirements
- Bring experience in a financial institution or financial markets and detailed knowledge of trading-system behavior; OTC, derivatives or CFD exposure is particularly relevant.
- Demonstrate leadership capability, analytical troubleshooting and fluent English, with Python and SQL experience or a clear willingness to develop operational automation.
Responsibilities
- Plan daily team activity, assess performance and support colleagues handling trading conditions, platform questions and complex operational exceptions.
- Administer trading systems and access rights, including technology used by institutional clients and tools supporting automated or OTC trading.
- Investigate off-market transactions and technical errors, coordinate corrections and document the reasons for changes to execution records.
- Help launch financial instruments, prepare execution-related reports and regulatory responses, and improve operational processes using scripts or appropriate AI assistance.
