Overview

Help institutional clients move from onboarding to dependable use of digital-asset custody services. The role combines account-lifecycle knowledge with prompt handling of practical questions, particularly when custody or settlement activity is time sensitive. It requires understanding a client's structure and objectives well enough to coordinate the right internal expertise and maintain clear communication until the issue is resolved.

Requirements

  • Bring one to three years of client-facing experience in financial services or digital assets, including institutional operations, back-office work or another regulated setting.
  • Understand institutional onboarding, account structures and basic KYC and AML concepts, with an informed interest in crypto services such as staking and governance.
  • Handle competing deadlines carefully and adapt as products and procedures evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding through account activation, checking progress across KYC, documentation, authorizations and operational preparations.
  • Receive and review client operational requests, resolve service issues and work with custody, settlement and other specialists when a request needs further attention.
  • Maintain accurate runbooks as processes change, using recurring client questions to identify opportunities for clearer or more reliable service.
  • Communicate confidently with institutional stakeholders and collaborate with compliance, product and sales colleagues throughout the client relationship.

Conditions

  • This is full-time remote work. Initial onboarding is in person, and rotating coverage includes weekends and public holidays.
