Overview

Help corporate clients move from initial setup to practical use of a trading platform. The role combines careful onboarding coordination with accessible explanations of account functions and available options. It requires keeping several relationships and document requests moving at once, recognizing when a delay needs specialist input and making sure clients understand the next step in the process.

Requirements

• Bring at least two years in a client-facing banking, fintech or financial-services role, including experience with corporate accounts and onboarding processes.
• Understand KYC and AML documentation, explain technology clearly to nontechnical users and communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
• Maintain accurate detail while coordinating several client relationships and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main operational contact for new corporate accounts, explaining setup requirements and organizing the work needed to establish usable accounts.
• Demonstrate platform functions and help clients configure account preferences, translating technical features into clear guidance for different users.
• Coordinate the collection and review of legal and onboarding documents, checking completeness and resolving verification questions with compliance or legal colleagues.
• Investigate problems encountered during setup and early platform use, passing clear descriptions of technical friction to support or engineering teams.
