Overview
Manage the tax reasoning behind transactions between entities in an international financial group. The central focus is transfer pricing: determine how services and financial arrangements should be remunerated, document the basis for those decisions and keep the approach consistent as the business expands. The role also contributes to broader tax questions raised by new products and changing reporting obligations.
Requirements
- Bring at least five years’ experience in tax advisory or an internal tax function, with a demonstrable transfer-pricing specialization and knowledge of OECD guidance and Polish rules.
- Hold a tax-adviser license or be working toward it, and communicate fluently in Polish and at an advanced level in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain group transfer-pricing policies for cross-border services and financial transactions, working with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
- Coordinate Master File and Local File documentation and benchmarking, ensuring the supporting analysis explains the commercial and tax position.
- Develop data-collection and reporting processes for country-by-country reporting and prepare responses to tax reviews, disputes and official inquiries.
- Assess changes in international guidance and local rules, advise on new financial products and support wider tax policies, research and reporting.
Conditions
- This is full-time hybrid work in Warsaw.
