  • Demonstrate knowledge of FCA and SCB requirements, MiFID II, international AML rules, corporate governance and outsourcing arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain policies and procedures across relevant entities, covering business conduct, financial crime and other regulatory obligations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and compliance monitoring, and prepare reports concerning capital, transactions, client assets and corporate governance.
  • Coordinate responses to regulators and external auditors, and explain the operational implications of regulatory developments to senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Support onboarding and periodic reviews of banks, payment providers and liquidity counterparties, and organize staff training that addresses relevant compliance risks.

Conditions

  • This is full-time onsite work in Ypsonas, Cyprus.
