Overview

Provide legal support that helps internal teams understand their obligations and document business decisions clearly. This role combines contract work with research, policy review and corporate administration. It suits a lawyer building practical in-house experience who can organize competing requests, identify the legal issue behind an operational question and communicate a useful response without losing the necessary precision.

Requirements

• Hold a law degree and bring at least one to two years of relevant legal experience, including contract drafting, review and legal research.
• Understand commercial, corporate and employment-law concepts, manage deadlines effectively and communicate in English at a fluent or professional level.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial agreements, confidentiality documents and other legal materials, and contribute to negotiations with appropriate attention to business requirements.
• Research relevant legislation and explain how changes or existing obligations affect internal procedures, proposed activities and management decisions.
• Maintain corporate legal records and review policies and processes for consistency with applicable legal requirements.
• Support corporate governance and general legal matters, coordinating with internal departments and keeping sensitive information appropriately controlled.
