Requirements
- Bring at least four years’ experience in business operations, product operations, strategy or a related function, with evidence of successful cross-functional improvements.
- Demonstrate sound business judgment, concise communication and practical familiarity with AI agents, prompts, APIs and automation concepts.
Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into workable processes with explicit responsibilities, quality expectations and escalation routes for unresolved issues.
- Coordinate engineering, product and operations stakeholders so that dependencies and decisions remain visible as initiatives develop.
- Identify bottlenecks, duplicated effort and unclear handovers, then work with the relevant owners to improve execution.
- Help convert AI capabilities into reliable production workflows, maintaining alignment between automated activity and the people accountable for its results.
