Overview
Bring structure to the planning and coordination of a crypto business unit. The role supports senior leadership by connecting financial objectives, resource needs and delivery activity across teams. It requires the ability to organize complex information, identify decisions that need attention and create reporting that makes progress understandable. The work also supports changes to operating models and the communication needed to make those changes effective.
Requirements
- Bring at least six years in crypto or fintech business management, operations, transformation or strategic planning, with direct understanding of crypto users and market dynamics.
- Demonstrate experience building reporting or operating routines, influencing senior stakeholders and using analytical tools; English proficiency is required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate business plans, forecasts and business cases with team leaders, finance and people colleagues, keeping budgets and resources aligned with objectives.
- Manage cross-functional transformation initiatives, helping stakeholders understand dependencies, required decisions and the implications of proposed operating changes.
- Develop executive updates, productivity metrics and dashboards that explain business performance and delivery progress clearly.
- Improve operational tools and internal communication, and support vendor coordination, statements of work and invoice approval processes.
