Overview

Provide legal support where institutional digital-asset products, market structure and complex agreements meet. The role participates from early product discussions through launch, helping teams understand the implications of trading, financing and custody arrangements. It requires practical transactional judgment: identifying a workable structure, documenting the parties' obligations and explaining the risks that business leaders need to weigh.

Requirements

• Bring at least eight years of financial transactional experience, particularly lending agreements, prime brokerage documentation, ISDA/CSA arrangements and trade confirmations.
• Understand digital-asset market infrastructure and apply established financial legal concepts to new institutional products.
• Demonstrate careful drafting, independent project ownership and the ability to propose practical solutions in a fast-moving environment. A JD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate agreements covering digital-asset trading, prime brokerage, collateral, margin, lending, settlement and derivatives confirmations.
• Advise product and trading colleagues on existing and developing regulatory requirements, including spot, margin, derivatives and platform activity.
• Build contract templates, policies and playbooks with legal and compliance partners, and contribute to guidance or training for relevant teams.
• Coordinate complex transactions and projects across internal stakeholders and external counsel, keeping legal issues and commercial dependencies visible.
