Overview
Help traders understand what happened in their account and what they can do next when a trading or transfer issue interrupts their activity. This role concentrates on spot, margin and futures products, together with desktop interfaces and crypto deposits and withdrawals. It combines customer communication with practical investigation: a clear answer may require checking order behaviour, reconstructing a fee calculation or separating a product defect from an unfamiliar platform feature.
Requirements
- Bring customer service experience, familiarity with trading platforms and an understanding of charting, margin or futures products.
- Use sound numerical reasoning, adapt to changing products and communicate fluently in English.
Responsibilities
- Investigate trading enquiries through written and live support channels, documenting the issue and explaining the resolution in accessible language.
- Break down fees, profit and loss, margin levels and leveraged positions so that clients can follow the underlying calculation.
- Coordinate technical escalations with product, engineering and compliance colleagues, preserving the context needed for an effective handover.
- Test upcoming trading features and contribute to support guidance, training materials and quality reviews when recurring questions expose gaps.
Conditions
- This is a temporary remote assignment requiring availability for evening and weekend support coverage.
