Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish.
• Working English.
• Previous Forex / CFD retention experience required.
• Strong sales and relationship-management skills.
• Confident negotiation and objection handling.
• Experience communicating with active trading clients.
• Comfortable working toward retention and revenue targets.
• Familiarity with CRM-based client management.
• Professional, target-driven approach.
• No specific degree or formal education requirement. Relevant language ability, sales/Forex experience where applicable, communication skills and commercial performance are more important.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Swedish-speaking Forex clients.
