Swedish-Speaking Forex / CFD Conversion Agent — Belgrade, Serbia

Overview

This Belgrade-based role is for Swedish-speaking professionals with previous Forex / CFD conversion or relevant trading-sales experience. The position focuses on developing an organised sales pipeline, following up consistently with prospective clients, handling objections and progressing suitable leads through onboarding.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Swedish.
• Working English.
• Previous Forex / CFD conversion or relevant trading-sales experience.
• Strong telephone communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident objection handling.
• Accurate CRM and sales-pipeline habits.
• Ability to work full-time from an office in Belgrade.
• No specific degree or formal education requirement. Relevant language ability, sales/Forex experience where applicable, communication skills and commercial performance are more important.

Responsibilities

• Contact Swedish-speaking prospects.
• Qualify prospect interest.
• Maintain consistent lead follow-up.
• Handle commercial objections.
• Support suitable prospects through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and scheduled actions.
• Work toward conversion and activity targets.

Conditions

• Full-time, office-based in Belgrade, Serbia.
