Overview

Own operational relationships with major payment-platform partners in the UK and Germany. This senior role supports technically complex integrations and connects service performance with retention and growth. You will advise partner leaders, identify structural obstacles and coordinate changes that help their payment businesses scale reliably.

Requirements

  • Candidates need experience managing enterprise clients generating $5 million or more in annual recurring revenue in payments, fintech or financial services, with strong project and operational skills.
  • Professional German, technical fluency, advanced data analysis and payments knowledge covering cross-border flows are required.
  • Experience leading external-client incidents and influencing senior stakeholders is essential.
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks for cross-border payments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead performance reviews and account plans with commercial colleagues, using evidence from payment success, contact volumes, information requests and defects.
  • Investigate operational gaps that prevent adoption or expansion, then build the case for product, servicing, compliance or engineering improvements.
  • Discuss APIs, payment rails and integration behavior directly with technical counterparts.
  • Coordinate high-severity incidents across regions, including partner communications and decisions about escalation.
  • Follow through on corrective actions and convert lessons into reusable runbooks and response criteria.
  • Develop operating guidance that can serve the wider partner organization and help colleagues improve their own account strategies.

Conditions

  • This full-time role is hybrid in London with three office days weekly, serving partners across the UK and Germany.
